At -20 degree, bacterial activity is completely arrested and pulp transported over long distance in refrigerate containers and even month after its appearance, taste, flavor remains intact & unaffected for pulp kept in frozen condition retain its desired quality. Food technologist/ microbiologist directly monitor the quality and production. The operation and maintenance is under supervision with qualified Engineers. .
How D.K.Agrico produces Quality Litchi: 1. Financing arrangement made local farmer for producing quality Litchi.
2. Close monitoring of each orchard and rejuvenate of trees if required.
3. Conducting awareness program on frm practices for quality produce.
4. Harvest of only physiological matured fruit preferring sectarian / cutters only for plucking.
5. Allowing only food grade plastic cards for Litchi harvesting & carrying.
